About Airtechnic Pty Ltd

Airtechnic Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned family business working across Kardinya, Western Australia, handling split system installation, ducted air conditioning, repairs and servicing for homes as well as commercial and mechanical HVAC-R work. Phil and Melissa are the names you'll hear again and again, and the consensus around the area is that they're the kind of team people are glad a friend pointed them to.

A lot of what locals appreciate comes down to the basics done well. They turn up when they say they will, keep people in the loop through the job, and leave the room tidy when they're done. More than one person has mentioned coming out ahead on a tricky job: one household had a ducted system installed into an awkward roof space that other outfits wanted to avoid, and Phil worked out how to make it happen. Another had an old system diagnosed thoroughly, with the options for repair or replacement laid out clearly before any work started. We've also heard of them sorting out an electrical fault others assumed meant a full replacement.

They're known for honest advice and fair quotes, and more than one local has mentioned their price coming in better than others they'd asked. For businesses, a facility manager pointed to their attention to safety documentation and steady, professional manner over an ongoing arrangement.

They also respond to emergency call-outs, which has counted for a lot: a couple of households had their air conditioning fail over the Christmas period and found Airtechnic was the team that answered. It's plain why people keep calling them back. If you need a quote or want to book a job, check in with them and check availability.
