About Just Chill Air Conditioning

Just Chill Air Conditioning is a family-owned business based in O'Connor, Western Australia, serving homes and businesses across the Perth area. Operating since 2008, the team handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems and commercial work, looking after split, reverse cycle ducted and evaporative units across all brands. Brad, who runs the show, brings 22 years of personal experience to the job, and they hold an Electrical Contractors Licence and a Refrigeration Trading Authorisation.

People who've had them out talk about a team that turns up when they say they will, keeps in touch about what's happening, and cleans up properly before leaving. Brad often attends personally, and the consensus around is they'll knock over several jobs in one visit and make sure everything is done to a high standard. Pricing comes up as fair and competitive, and they offer free quotes. One local who's stuck with them for years keeps coming back for an annual service. Ask them about timing and availability when you call.
