Neighbourhood Electrical & Air-Conditioning Perth

Neighbourhood Electrical & Air-Conditioning Perth is a family-owned business based in Malaga, Western Australia, handling both the air conditioning and the electrical side of a job under one roof. They install split systems, look after repairs and servicing, fit ducted and evaporative cooling, and take on commercial work as well. Because they coordinate the air conditioning with the electrical side, people find a single tidy trip rather than juggling separate trades. The team carries electrical and air conditioning licences (EC14280, GF20805 and AU066760).

Ask around Perth's northern suburbs and the word that comes back is reliable. Locals who've had Sef and his team out talk about prompt replies to an enquiry, a clear quote that spells out the job, and a date booked without fuss. Andy and Seth get a mention too for being polite and professional on site, and people appreciate being told an attendance window and given a heads-up before the knock at the door. We hear the same thing again and again about the finish: the area left immaculate, everything cleaned up before they go. More than one person has had them back for a string of jobs, both aircon and electrical, which tells you plenty about how they leave a customer feeling.

People who've used them like that the team takes the time to explain options, and one local was pleased to be handed some maintenance tips for the new unit once the install was done. Others point to the pricing being competitive and the communication honest and upfront. They do take emergency call-outs, and someone mentioned a split system swapped out over a long weekend, though it's always worth checking timing and availability when you ring.

If opinion is ever split, it tends to come down to one trickier install, and most folks walk away thrilled. For a tidy, well-communicated job in Perth, they're well worth a call.
