Why Choose Thermelec?

Thermelec has been servicing evaporative coolers across Malaga for over two decades, and they've built genuine local authority on these systems, everything from repairs and servicing to summer start-ups and parts supply. Their technicians consistently turn up on time, leave the place tidy, and stay in close touch with customers. They also offer emergency call-outs when your cooler fails during the heat.

About Thermelec

Thermelec has been part of the air conditioning scene in Malaga, Western Australia since 1998 under its current owner, and evaporative systems are very much their specialty. If you run an evaporative cooler at home, these are the folks who know the ins and outs: repairs, servicing and the summer start-ups that get units ready before the heat arrives. They also supply spare parts to the trade and the public, and more than one local fridgy heads their way for evaporative bits because the team there knows their gear inside out. They hold an ARC licence (10003).

People who've had them out speak well of the technicians in particular. What you hear around Malaga is that they turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop, and tidy up after themselves: one local even mentioned them replacing cracked tiles they'd found while up on the roof. Emergency call-outs are part of what they offer too, so it's a sensible option if your cooler packs it in at an awkward time. The work itself is often described as thorough, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Opinion on the phone side is a little split, and in fairness some folks have found the booking experience abrupt. That said, one person has found the same person helpful and well organised once the job is sorted, and the repairs keep people coming back. If evaporative cooling is your setup, give Thermelec a call and check in with them on your service or repair.
