Ask anyone who's used them and the name Alex comes up again and again. More than one person around Mandurah has brought him in for a second opinion after another company quoted a full replacement, only to have the real fault found and a couple of parts swapped out instead. That kind of straight dealing is a big reason people get in touch back for ongoing maintenance.

The office side gets a good wrap as well, with Keely named by one local as polite, informative and quick to reply when arranging a consult. During a cold snap, one household had their system sorted after an urgent call, kept in the loop the whole way on parts and timing. They offer emergency call-outs and free quotes, so it's easy enough to ask about pricing before any work starts.
