What comes up again and again is how well they keep you in the loop. People talk about them turning up when they said they would, keeping in touch through the whole process, and leaving the work area clean and tidy afterwards. We hear the final bill lines up with the quote, and more than one person has mentioned how good the team is at tracking down a fault quickly and sorting it first time rather than coming back twice. A few describe them spotting potential problems early and heading them off before they turn into bigger jobs. They run as a licensed electrical contractor (EC 14278) and offer 24/7 service for emergencies, so they're a name to keep handy if an aircon or electrical issue crops up at an awkward hour.

They work across residential and commercial properties, and property managers in the area have leaned on them for years, which says a fair bit about how reliable they are. If you need a split system put in, repaired or serviced in North Beach, ask them for a quote and check timing when you call.
