Why Choose Advanced Evaporative and Heating?

Advanced Evaporative and Heating earns steady local backing for evaporative and split system work in Perth. The team arrives on time (often early), keeps customers informed throughout the job, and quotes match the final bill, a combination that builds repeat work, especially after emergency breakdowns during heatwaves.

About Advanced Evaporative and Heating

For evaporative cooling in particular, Advanced Evaporative and Heating is a familiar name around Perth. The team handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and emergency breakdowns, and people who've had them out for a dead evap unit in the middle of a heatwave tend to get in touch back when the next job comes up.

What we hear most is how easy the whole process is from the first phone call. Paul comes up again and again as the person locals deal with, and the impression around Perth is that he turns up when he says he will, often a touch early, and keeps people in the loop on timing and cost. Technicians like Callum, Paris and Adam get a mention too for tidy, no-fuss work, including trickier second-storey jobs. More than one local has noted the bill matched the quote with no surprises, and that the team sticks with genuine parts rather than cutting corners.

The practical things count here: on-time arrivals, clear communication, a clean work area and problems sorted out quickly, sometimes the same day a fault turns up. One local who had minor trouble a month after a service mentioned it was put right at no extra cost. They carry insurance and handle emergency call-outs, which matters when a system drops out on a 40-degree day.

Ask the people who've used them for an evap service, pump or ducting replacement and you'll hear the same thing: honest advice and fair pricing. If you need an air conditioning technician in Perth for evaporative or ducted work, contact them and check in with them.
