Master Trades Group

Master Trades Group is the kind of air conditioning technician that Perth households keep in their phone for the next job. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted air conditioning, and because the wider team also covers electrical, plumbing and gas work, they are set up for emergency breakdowns when a system packs it in at the worst possible moment. The verdict around Perth is that they turn up when they say they will and keep you in the loop from start to finish.

What people appreciate most is the straight dealing. Locals who've had them out mention the bill matching the quote, a tidy finish with everything cleaned up before the crew leaves, and problems sorted properly the first time. One person summed up the workmanship as exceptional and praised how clearly the team communicated, asking questions when they needed to rather than guessing. Another was grateful for help arriving quickly on a public holiday when they didn't expect to find anyone available at all.

The team gets named often and warmly: Jayden for prompt arrivals and clear explanations, Alan, Dan, Liam, Mitch, Layton and Ben for neat, careful work, and Bella in the office for making the whole booking process easy. That spread of familiar first names tells you this is a crew people come to know and trust. More than one local has handed their card straight on to friends and family, which says plenty.

Master Trades Group offers free quotes with no call-out fee, and they run emergency call-outs 24/7, so it's an option to consider if something breaks down after hours. The team holds electrical, plumbing and gas licences (EC14807, L200082, PL9450). For timing and availability on your particular job, check in with them and ask.
