Why Choose Cramer & Neill?

Cramer & Neill handles split system and ducted air conditioning installation, repair and servicing across regional Western Australia, with commercial air conditioning and refrigeration work also part of their offering. The team responds to emergency call-outs, and quotes are matched to final bills.

About Cramer & Neill

Cramer & Neill is an air conditioning contractor working out of Geraldton and serving the regional areas north of Perth, Western Australia. The team designs, installs and services ducted, evaporative and split system air conditioning for homes, and also handles mechanical ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration work for the construction and resource industries. Repairs, servicing and commercial projects all sit within what they take on.

Managing Director Roger Jennings has worked for the company for 18 years in various roles. The business holds a Refrigeration Industry Registration Board (ARC) licence (AU22486) and an Electrical Contractor Licence (EC 14209), so both the refrigeration and electrical sides of a job are covered under the one team.

They keep a parts department running alongside the service side, stocking components for evaporative and split systems, which can be handy if you are chasing pads, motors or other replacement parts locally rather than ordering from Perth. Emergency call-outs are part of what they offer, so it is worth phoning to check availability if your system has dropped out.

Their standard week runs on weekday business hours, with the office closed over the weekend, though a call will confirm what they can arrange and when. For a split system, a ducted install or a service on an evaporative unit around the Webberton and Geraldton area, make a quick call to talk through the job and get in touch.

Frequently Asked Questions About Cramer & Neill

: Cramer & Neill handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial air conditioning. Locals describe split system installs, evaporative cooler servicing, fault diagnosis on breezair units and ducted system call-outs for homes, alongside commercial and construction-related air conditioning and refrigeration work in the regional areas they cover.
: Yes, emergency call-outs are among the confirmed services.
: Have the make and model of your existing unit or the brand you're considering (locals mention Daikin split systems and breezair evaporative units), details of access to the indoor and outdoor areas, and a description of the fault. For servicing or repairs, note when the unit was last serviced, and ask Cramer & Neill directly for a quote before any work begins.
: One of the confirmed signals for Cramer & Neill is that the bill matched the quote, and a customer who had a breezair fault diagnosed noted the charge was reasonable and exactly what had been quoted. Other reviews raise concerns about charges for diagnostics and call-outs, so it's worth confirming the full cost upfront for your specific job.
: Customers who had split system installs and servicing done note technicians turning up on time and explaining the fault clearly, with office staff described as professional and easy to deal with across repeat service calls and new unit installations. Experiences are mixed though, so it's worth discussing the scope of work and pricing clearly before the job starts.
