What Customers Say on Google
“Our ducted gas heat failed recently. When Steve became aware of the fault (the main duct that bifurcates to the outlet ducts), he responded that afternoon by visiting and confirming the cause (by getting under the house and removing the duct to see inside it).”
“I could not get quotes for a replacement from previous companies after a fortnight. This was not good enough for my poor tenants. I rang them on Friday. Monday I had a quote and Thursday installed. Very efficient and great to deal with.”

Yes, emergency breakdowns are part of their service in Fyshwick and the surrounding ACT area. One case saw a ducted heating fault diagnosed the same afternoon it was reported, with the installer getting under the house to trace the cause. Another job had ducting replaced on the spot within hours of a callout, so getting in touch promptly when a system fails is worthwhile.
A representative visits the property, listens to what you need, inspects the existing ducting or unit, and provides a written quote before any work starts. Have details of your current setup and access to the roof or ducting ready for the visit.
Local word of mouth is mixed. Other customers have reported issues such as wall damage after a wall unit removal or installation, and delays getting parts for an evaporative cooler repair. It's worth discussing expectations and timelines clearly before work begins.
