About Kool Koncepts

If you are after air conditioning in Beresfield, New South Wales, Kool Koncepts is a name that keeps coming up for the right reasons. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, and ducted air conditioning, and the word around the area is that they do it properly. The team carries insurance, and they hold the trade licences you would want to see for this sort of work.

People who've had them out talk about a job that runs smoothly from the quote through to the final tidy-up. Locals mention technicians turning up on time and keeping in touch about when they will arrive, and more than one household has remarked on how clean the site was left afterwards, as if no one had been there. One person told how their system packed it in before a hot day with an event planned, and the technician stayed back for a couple of hours into the evening to get it sorted. That kind of effort is why people get in touch back for the next job.

A nice touch folks mention is that the owners are genuinely on the tools, so one of them is usually on site with the crew for your installation. When a warranty job was left hanging by another contractor, a single call to Kool Koncepts got it booked in and moving again.

Opinion isn't unanimous, with the odd grumble about value on a particular repair, but the overall picture here is of a careful, communicative team that takes pride in neat work and fair, honest pricing. They also offer emergency call-outs, so it is worth phoning to ask about availability and getting a quote for your job.

Professionalism

“The guys at Kool Koncepts installed our ducted air conditioner and were very professional and respectful. They ensured that we knew where everything was going and cleaned up as if they were never there.”
