About Valley Air Conditioning

Valley Air Conditioning is a name you hear plenty around Black Hill and the wider Newcastle area when someone needs a split system or ducted setup sorted. They supply, install, repair and service split system and ducted air conditioning for homes, businesses and industrial sites, with a team made up of licensed electricians and refrigeration technicians. Ask a regular who's used them and you'll hear the same thing: the job gets done properly, from the first look at the house right through to the clean-up at the end.

One thing that comes up again and again is how carefully they quote. People tell us the sales side actually comes out and inspects the job first, including a proper look at the roof space, rather than guessing from the kerb, and that the bill lands right where the quote said it would. A retired refrigeration mechanic who wanted a tricky install done his own way had no complaints, which says something. We've also heard about jobs finished quicker than promised, even with a few plan changes along the way, and installers who altered how a system went in to better suit the waterproofing on a roof.

The crew gets a lot of warm mention by name locally. Chris and Colin on the measuring and design side, Mitch handling quotes, and installers like Taylor and Phillip who stay back to get a complex setup finished and then walk you through how everything works, including the WiFi controls. Turning up when they say, keeping in touch, working cleanly and being respectful of the home are the sorts of things people keep pointing to.

They look after Daikin systems among others, handle emergency call-outs, and cover residential through to commercial work. If you're in Black Hill or anywhere across the Newcastle region and want a tidy, well-explained install or a breakdown fixed, check in with them and contact them.
