About TOZER Air Conditioning & Electrical

TOZER Air Conditioning & Electrical has built a strong name around Beresfield, New South Wales, and the word of mouth in the Hunter runs consistently in their favour. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work, for both homes and businesses. Their own website notes they work across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Maitland, Singleton and Port Stephens, and that the business has been going for more than 24 years.

People who have had them out keep coming back. Ask anyone who's used them and you'll hear about a crew that turns up when they say they will, keeps you in the loop through the whole job and leaves the place as tidy as they found it. More than one local has praised the drop sheets and the clean-up afterwards, and the way the office staff stay in touch from the first quote through to the finished install. Several mention being repeat customers who have called Tozer again for the next property or a replacement unit, which tells you plenty about how the work holds up.

The jobs people describe range from straightforward split system swaps to trickier work, like fitting ducted systems into tight apartment access or an older home with layers of historic ceiling. When something unexpected came up on one of those jobs, it was sorted quickly and without extra cost. The sales side gets a good wrap too, with clear options laid out on site and a quote that follows promptly. Folks note the pricing sits fairly, and even those who paid a little more felt it was worth it for the result.

The team behind the business carries real trade depth: Greg Dawson completed his trade in 1990, Drew Stephens in 1994, and Lee Lowrey brings 17 years in the air conditioning industry. If you need a system installed, repaired or serviced in the Hunter, contact them and get in touch.
