About Arctic Air and Electrical Pty Ltd

Arctic Air and Electrical Pty Ltd is an air conditioning technician business serving Narellan, New South Wales, handling split system installation, repairs and servicing, and ducted air conditioning for homes and businesses. The business carries over 20 years in the trade and is fully licensed and insured, covering the Camden and Macarthur area.

Ask people who've had them out and the same things come up: the team turns up when they say they will, keeps you in the loop from the first call through to the finish, and leaves the place clean, with old equipment taken away. People appreciate that Vince and his crew take the time to talk through the options, whether that's a multi-head split system for a top-floor apartment or a new ducted setup, and that the office side, Meilee included, sends out clear quotes and answers follow-up questions without fuss. More than one local has mentioned sorting out strata approval or an insurance job with their help along the way.

The reputation around Narellan is that this is a team people come back to for the next job, often more than once, which tells you plenty about how they work. Plenty mention the work being done neatly and sorted properly the first time, and that Daikin systems have been a good steer for them.
