About Echo Air Conditioning

Echo Air Conditioning is a familiar name around Smeaton Grange, New South Wales for split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems and commercial work, and people here genuinely rate them. Ask those who've had them out and the conversation usually turns to Martin, who handles the on-site inspections and quotes, talks through the options clearly and gets back to people quickly with any follow-up questions.

The jobs themselves earn just as much praise. We hear about tricky installs handled with care, from pitched roofs to townhouses needing strata compliance, with wiring and piping kept as discreet as possible. The install crews turn up when they say they will, work tidily, explain the controls and take away old equipment and packaging before they leave. One local whose previous installer left drainage unfitted and wiring hanging had the whole lot put right, which tells you plenty about how they handle a problem rather than just a straightforward fit.

Names like Liam, Finn, James, Twine and Peter come up often, along with Rhonda keeping things moving on the phones, and the general sense is of a polite, team who communicate well and keep customers in the loop. They're known for sorting faults properly the first time, offer emergency call-outs when something stops working, and are often called on by repeat customers who come back for their next system. Pricing is widely considered fair for the standard of work.

They keep regular weekday hours, so it's best to call to check availability and timing. For an honest, careful air conditioning technician in the Smeaton Grange area, Echo Air Conditioning is worth a try for a quote.

What Customers Say on Google

Professionalism

“We had a great experience with Echo getting aircon installed in 2 upstairs bedrooms. We have a pitched roof so it was a bit tricky but Martin patiently talked us through all the options. The guys who installed it were fantastic, even working around our kids naps for the drilling and checking we were happy with positioning before putting anything up.”

Speed

“Martin and his team arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner and answered any questions we had concerning the work undertaken.”

Quality

“The company is very respectful of your home. The staff are genuine down to earth friendly people. They fixed what I thought was an impossible job. I had no drainage fitted and live wiring was left hanging off the side of my home by the last dodgy installer. Echo made sure that the issues were rectified and the cost was more than reasonable.”
