About Jr Air Solutions

Around Narellan, JR Air Solutions is a name people pass on to family and friends without hesitation, and once you hear how Joel works it's easy to see why. He's the owner, and he's the one who turns up, so you're dealing with the same person who diagnoses the problem and does the job. Locals talk about how he arrives on time, keeps them in the loop, explains what's going on in plain terms and tidies up properly, right down to carting the old unit away.

The business has been going for 23 years and handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work across homes and businesses. When something breaks down unexpectedly, people have had Joel squeeze them in and sort the problem quickly, including a time someone was left without heating with a young baby in the house. More than one person has mentioned him going above and beyond, like fixing up a previous installer's work or giving a run-through on maintaining the system afterwards. The team is ARC licensed.

What comes up again and again is Joel's depth of knowledge and his honesty: people describe him as approachable, genuine and fair with his pricing, the kind of technician who takes the time to walk you through your options rather than rushing off. One office client who has had him servicing units for years summed it up by calling him a dime in a dozen.
