About ICE ICE BABY Air Conditioning & Electrical

Around Bungalow, ICE ICE BABY Air Conditioning & Electrical has built up a name that keeps people coming back. This is a family-owned air conditioning, electrical and commercial refrigeration business serving Cairns and Far North Queensland, and it has been going for ten years, with over fifty years of combined experience across the team.

The work covers split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with commercial air conditioning and commercial refrigeration. They also handle unit cleaning, and plenty of locals call them back to look after the same systems year after year. One person who has leaned on them for ongoing maintenance and brand-new installs will tell you they wouldn't trust anyone else with their air conditioning, which tells you how these jobs tend to go.

What people appreciate comes up again and again: technicians who turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop about arrival, and leave the place as tidy as they found it. One local has mentioned a technician quietly taking their shoes off at the door and cleaning up after the job so you'd never know they'd been. The team is often praised for explaining the problem plainly, laying out the options, and getting the fix sorted on the spot, helped by carrying common parts on the van. Jordan, John, Jono and Curtis are among the technicians locals have had out and spoken warmly about, describing them as friendly, patient and straight with you.

The booking side runs through a quick online process, and people have been pleasantly surprised at how fast an enquiry gets answered and a technician booked in. They offer 24/7 emergency breakdown work for both homes and businesses, and you can book an on-site quote. For timing on a call-out or emergency job, it's best to check directly with the team when you ring.
