Why Choose Alphacool?

Alphacool is known locally for professional installations and repairs backed by attentive communication and tidy work sites. Their team responds quickly to quotes and service calls, and handles both residential and commercial air conditioning across the Portsmith area.

About Alphacool

Alphacool handles air conditioning for homes and businesses across the Portsmith area and wider Far North Queensland, covering split system installation, repairs and servicing, commercial air conditioning and emergency breakdowns. Their own team describes themselves as licensed technicians, and the website also points to commercial refrigeration, electrical work and cool room design alongside the air conditioning side.

It's an air conditioning contractor known for the standard of the install work and the tidying up afterwards. People who've had the crews out mention technicians like Zac, Ryan, Darcy and Jayden by name, with praise for turning up on time, working quickly and leaving the place spotless. One local summed up a residential install and clean this way: highly professional, kept informed from start to finish, and they use Alphacool for their commercial building maintenance too. Another had Steven sort out a quote and a replaced evap coil within a couple of weeks after a long wait elsewhere.

That said, we've heard the odd grumble about getting a call back or an update when parts are on order, so if you're waiting on something it's worth staying in touch and checking timing with them directly. When issues have been raised, though, the supervisors have been known to follow up and work things through.

For an install, a service, or a commercial job in Portsmith, ask Alphacool for a quote and have a chat about timing before you book.
