About Bradmark Appliance Service

Bradmark Appliance Service has been looking after homes and businesses in and around Garbutt, Queensland for about thirty years, and air conditioners are part of what they handle. This is a family-run repair and servicing outfit, and the team includes licensed technicians and licensed electricians, with spare parts kept on hand from well-known brands.

Alongside split systems, they repair and service washing machines, fridges, stoves, dryers, dishwashers and the like, so they are the kind of local team people call when something at home has stopped working. We've heard good things about how they keep in touch along the way, turn up when they say they will, and often sort the problem out on the first visit. One local mentioned the technician was there within the hour after a rescheduled booking, assessed the issue in minutes and gave sound, professional advice. Another had a washing machine fixed and spoke warmly of both the technician and the helpful voice on the phone when booking.

Opinion locally is a little split, and we've heard the odd grumble about getting a call back or a part ordered on time, so it is worth confirming timing when you book. That said, some people in Townsville have had a good run with them, and the word is they know their appliances and come with the right parts ready to go.

They work through the week, with a quieter day heading into the weekend, so a call ahead to check availability is the sensible move. Ask them for a quote and let them know what needs sorting.
