About Jays Air-Conditioning

Jays Air-Conditioning is a locally owned air conditioning business based in Mackay, working across homes and commercial sites around Paget, Queensland. They handle split system installation, ducted air conditioning and the repairs and servicing that keep a system running, and they also take on emergency call-outs when something gives out at an awkward time.

One customer has used Jay and his team more than once. The word around is that they respond quickly when you check in with them, lay out your options on units and prices, and then turn up when they said they would. Punctuality and staying in touch come through clearly, and locals often remark on how tidy the job site is left afterwards: furniture shifted back into place, old units taken away, and no mess behind them. One local had three old units swapped out for new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries ones and found the work clean, quick and professional.

Chris and Manav come up by name as members of the team who do careful work and keep things friendly on site. We have heard the odd grumble about a booking not being kept or a message going unanswered, so it is worth confirming your date and the timing directly with them when you organise a job.

For anyone around Paget weighing up a new install, a ducted system or a repair, Jays Air-Conditioning is a sensible option to talk through your options and get in touch.
