About WES Mackay - Multi Trades

WES Mackay - Multi Trades is an air conditioning service in Paget and the wider Mackay district. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with commercial air conditioning and emergency breakdowns, and the air conditioning work sits alongside their electrical, plumbing and gas fitting. The business was started in 2007, and their technicians are approved and accredited installers through the Australian Refrigeration Council.

What locals keep coming back to is the way the team turns up. Punctual arrivals get mentioned again and again, with people noting the crew kept them in the loop about timing. The work itself earns praise for a tidy finish: areas left clean, items that were moved put back where they belong, and the job run through with the customer once it is done. More than one person has had them out for a second or third job, which tells you plenty.

The crew comes across as knowledgeable and courteous, and we've heard warm words about how they handled sensitive situations with real care. One household had an air conditioner installed to keep a loved one comfortable at home during a difficult time, and the kindness of the team stuck with them. That kind of word of mouth is hard to earn.

They offer free quotes and have an easy quoting process, and emergency breakdown call-outs are part of what they do, so it is worth a call to check timing for your job. For an air conditioning technician in Paget, Queensland with a steady reputation across the Mackay area, WES Mackay - Multi Trades is a solid one to ring.
