Why Choose JM'S Air Conditioning?

JM'S Air Conditioning handles split and ducted systems, commercial work and regular servicing across Mackay. The team is known locally for turning up on time, keeping customers informed during jobs, and leaving sites clean. Where they excel is in the detail, talking through quote options plainly, explaining maintenance to customers, and adapting work to tricky installations.

About JM'S Air Conditioning

JM'S Air Conditioning handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems and commercial work across Mackay, Queensland. The team brings more than 20 years of experience to the trade, and that shows in the way jobs come together, from talking through brand options and quotes to planning an install around a tricky roof line.

People who've had them out tend to mention the same things: technicians who turn up when they say they will, keep in touch along the way, and leave the place clean when they're done. We've heard the admin side gets praised too, with office staff working around early starts and getting quotes out promptly. One local recalled an installer taking the time to patiently include their son in the process, which says a fair bit about how the crew treats a household. Servicing comes up again and again as well, with technicians explaining maintenance steps so you know what to keep an eye on between visits.

The word around Mackay is that builders and construction outfits keep coming back to them for jobs, which lines up with the commercial and residential range they cover. Opinion isn't entirely one-sided, mind you: we've heard the odd grumble about getting a call back or follow-up sorted, so it's worth being clear on timing and after-install arrangements up front when you book.

For a split system at home, a ducted setup in a new build, or a service before summer, they're a Mackay air conditioning technician an option to consider. Get in touch and check their availability when you ring.

What Customers Say on Google

Quality

“Thanks so much to Jake for our aircon service yesterday. 4 years ago we had out aircons installed by Jm's and they were great to deal with then. Yesterday Jake came to clean our aircons and he was very thorough, explained maintenance things for us to complete and just an all round friendly guy.”

Professionalism

“Quotes were provided for 3 different brands and alternatives. Michael took the time to talk through and explain the quotes and options so that the decision was informed and a comfortable one.”

Service

“Admin staff went above and beyond to work around my early work hours. I had the quote straight away and the aircon installed the next week. The two gentlemen that installed the aircon were kind and patient with my Special Needs son answering all his question and making him feel a part of the process.”
