About Surrey Air Heating and Cooling

Surrey Air Heating and Cooling has been keeping Melbourne homes and businesses comfortable for 45 years, working out of Braeside and covering both residential and commercial jobs. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, and commercial work, so whether it's a tired old unit that needs replacing or a new central system going in, they cover the lot. The team holds a Cert III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and is ARC-approved, and they'll sort out a free quote before any work starts.

What comes through again and again around Braeside is how easy they are to deal with. People talk about technicians turning up on time, keeping them informed from booking through to the job itself, and cleaning up properly before they leave. One local had their gas heater serviced and mentioned the technician, Damien, cleaned up the fireplace afterwards without being asked. Another had the crew add extra measures to deal with birds at the property during an installation. That kind of thoroughness, where someone does the little extras rather than just the bare job, keeps people calling them back.

Names like Jason, Dan, Charlie, Luke and Damon come up warmly from people who've had them out, described as knowledgeable, friendly and happy to explain the options rather than just push a sale. We've heard from one homeowner who weighed up repair versus replacement with Dan and valued the honest context he gave, though they did hit a snag with the quoting team afterwards and wished communication had been a touch smoother. That seems the exception rather than the rule, though, and most people who've used them come away recommending them without hesitation.

Emergency call-outs are part of what they do, and the business keeps long hours through the week, so it's worth giving them a ring to check availability. For air conditioning in Braeside and across greater Melbourne, Surrey Air is a solid name to have in your contacts.
