Locals will tell you the crew turns up when they say they will, often getting an accurate estimate to you well ahead of the job and keeping in touch along the way. People have had them rip out tired old underfloor and evaporative systems and put in fresh ducted and split setups, and the reputation around Carrum Downs is that they work clean and tidy, leaving things respectful and sorted. One person described them simply as the kind of company you want on your side for heating and cooling, reliable and honest about getting the work done properly.

What comes up often is how they follow through after the install. When a unit started vibrating or a pressure leak turned up, the team came back, found the cause and sorted it, and they're happy to answer concerns even after they've packed up. They work on brands like Actron, Midea and Fujitsu, and they handle gas ducted heating servicing too. We've heard the odd grumble about getting a call back on a warranty matter, but most people who've had them out are quick to recommend them.

They offer free, no-obligation quotes, so contact them to talk through your system and check timing that suits you.
