About Grech Heating & Cooling

Grech Heating & Cooling is a familiar name for heating and cooling work across Melbourne's north-eastern suburbs, run out of Heidelberg West, Victoria. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work, and their own team describes themselves as specialists in ducted heating, ducted refrigerated air-conditioning, evaporative cooling and hydronic heating. They carry a licensed, insured and qualified team, offer free quotes, and are set up for 24/7 emergency breakdowns and repairs.

Ask the people who've had them out and a few things come up time and again: the crew turns up when they say they will, keeps you in the loop, and leaves the place clean. Plenty of locals mention problems sorted on the first visit, and the team has a reputation for explaining things in plain language rather than pushing a sale. People who have leaned on them for years keep calling them back, from routine servicing right through to swapping out an old unit for something newer and more efficient.

We've heard about one of their technicians going out of his way on a job, coming back to finish fitting a new drip tray and clearing out the drain properly. That kind of thoroughness is the sort of thing that keeps a tradesperson in good standing locally.

The odd grumble surfaces here and there, usually around the detail of a particular job, but the overall sense around Heidelberg West is positive. If you need heating or cooling installed, serviced or repaired, check in with them and get in touch, and check timing with them when you book.
