About Oz Air Group Pty Ltd

Oz Air Group has built a solid name around Heidelberg West for split system and ducted air conditioning work, and the word around the area is that they get it done neatly and without fuss. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems and commercial jobs, and they bring over 20 years of experience specialising in air conditioning installation, maintenance and repair. The business has delivered heating and cooling across Melbourne homes and businesses since 2008, working with residential homes, offices, warehouses and retail stores.

Adam's name comes up often from people who've had them out, along with Mitch, Parry and Tim, and the common thread is a team that turns up on time, keeps you in the loop before and after the job, and leaves the place immaculate. One local had their old gas-ducted heating swapped for a fully electric ducted heating and cooling system despite a tricky sub-floor, and came away full of praise for how tidy and efficient the whole crew were. Another, fitting out a music studio, had Adam work through an on-site inspection to find a unit that ran quietly and wouldn't resonate with the room's sound system. That kind of thought about the specifics of a space is why people check in with them back for the next job.

They're known for competitive, upfront pricing and offer free, no-obligation quotes, and more than one person mentioned they'll flag brand cash-back promotions and rebates to help with model selection. They also run a thorough hydrokleen service for cleaning units, handy if you've just moved into a place with aircons that have been neglected. We've heard the odd note about a wait for a service appointment, though the person who mentioned it was glad they stuck with Oz Air in the end.
