NCG Air Conditioning

NCG Air Conditioning has been looking after homes and businesses around Heidelberg West, and further afield across Victoria, for around twenty years now, and the general view around the area is a warm one. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work, taking on everything from a single reverse cycle unit in a townhouse to multi-split jobs across offices, retail spaces, apartments and schools. On the trickier installs, the sort where the indoor and outdoor units sit nowhere near each other or access is tight, people tell us the team sorts it out without fuss.

Check with those who've used them and the name that keeps coming up is Gordon, who is remembered for clear, detailed quotes and plenty of patience with questions. Behind him there's a genuine team effort: Sam, Kingsley, Pauline and others handle the sales and office side with the kind of prompt, friendly communication that keeps people at ease, while installers like Raymond, Liu and Matt are known for hard, careful work. A few things come up again and again from people who've had them out: they turn up when they say they will, keep in touch through the job, and leave the place clean, drop sheets down and everything tidied up afterwards.

NCG holds the relevant electrical and plumbing licences to carry out the electrical and gas fitting side of the work, and they're familiar with the Victorian rebate schemes, which several locals found useful when claiming on a new system. They offer free quotes and emergency call-outs, and many describe the pricing as competitive. More than one person has gone back for a second or third install, which tells you plenty about how the first one went.

If you need a new system in or an existing one fixed around Heidelberg West, NCG Air Conditioning is an easy name to put on your shortlist. Contact them and check in with them.
