About Custom Heating & Cooling

Custom Heating & Cooling is an air conditioning contractor working across Pakenham and the wider Melbourne area, and it has built a genuinely loyal name among local households. The team handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted air conditioning, and their own words describe supplying and installing ducted systems, gas ducted heating, evaporative cooling and hot water systems for both new and existing homes.

The director, Shamil, has worked in the heating and cooling industry since 2014, and that hands-on approach shows in the jobs around town. People who have had them out talk about a punctual, friendly crew who keep in touch, explain the new system properly, and leave the place neat after the old gear is cleared out. One local was especially glad they stayed quiet with a newborn in the house.

They are a licensed and insured team and offer a free quote, so it is easy to ask about pricing before you commit. With a tagline of "Done Once, Done Right", they are well worth a call for heating and cooling work in Pakenham.
