Why Choose Fairbairns Heating & Cooling?

Fairbairns has spent 30 years building a reputation for turning up when promised, keeping customers in the loop throughout the job, and leaving the place tidy after they're done. They offer free quotes for split system and ducted air conditioning work, and handle emergency call-outs when needed.

About Fairbairns Heating & Cooling

Fairbairns Heating & Cooling has been looking after homes and small businesses around Pakenham for 30 years, and that kind of longevity in Victoria tells you something about how they work. This is a family-owned team that supplies and installs split system air conditioners, evaporative coolers and gas ducted heaters, and they also handle maintenance, repairs, duct repairs and duct cleaning for systems out of warranty. They carry an ARCtick authorisation and the relevant plumbing and electrical licences, along with public liability cover.

What people appreciate most is the way the whole job is handled from the first phone call through to the clean-up. We've heard plenty about Chris and Oscar coming out to the house before quoting rather than guessing, and about the advice being genuinely useful with working out what a place actually needs. Rick and his crew, with Josh and Viv keeping things organised from the office, come up again and again as easy to deal with and good at keeping you in the loop. Turning up on time keeps getting mentioned too.

The little things stick in people's minds here: technicians taking their shoes off before stepping inside after a muddy day, walking you through how the new system works, even bringing the bin in. Several locals have come back year after year for servicing on evaporative coolers and ducted heaters, and more than a few have had multiple systems installed over the years. A customer has had work done more than once and been as impressed each time.

Free installation quotes are part of how they operate, and they offer emergency call-outs too. Phone them to talk through your heating and cooling and check in with them.
