Kool Air

Kool Air has been keeping Gippsland and the Latrobe Valley comfortable for around forty years, and the local view around Traralgon is that they are one of the names people trust with heating and cooling. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted heating and cooling, and commercial work, and as a Daikin Specialist Dealer they are the team plenty of locals turn to when an old unit fails or a new system is going in.

Ask the people who've had them out and the first name that comes up is usually Daryl, who looks after quotes and tends to get back to people quickly, sorting out the details and even handling rebates for removing old gas appliances. The office side, with Ebony keeping things moving, gets a mention for being easy to deal with and good at following up. On the tools, the installers, Matt, Caleb, Stirling, Hayden, Tyler, Lachy and Max among them, have built a reputation for neat, careful work. People talk about how tidy they leave a place, sometimes cleaner than they found it, and one local even mentioned a technician wiping down a brand new head unit fresh out of its wrapping.

Mud brick homes come up more than once as a tricky job, and locals have been impressed with how the crew hid pipes and positioned outdoor units exactly where they were asked. Turning up on time and keeping people in the loop are things folks mention again and again, along with a genuine effort to clean up afterwards. One family even had their hydrangea bush dug up and replanted after an install.

Emergency call-outs are part of what they offer, which matters when a unit dies at the start of summer or the middle of winter. If you need a system installed, repaired or serviced in Traralgon, give Daryl and the Kool Air team a call and get in touch.
