About ACT Fast

Based in North Lakes, ACT Fast is the kind of air conditioning technician that people around North Brisbane keep passing along to one another. Officially Act Fast Electrical & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd, this is a locally owned and operated business serving homes and businesses, with a licensed team handling split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems and commercial work. They also take on emergency breakdowns.

Split system and ducted installs come up again and again when people talk about them. We've heard about everything from a single split unit through to larger multi-head and ducted setups, and what you hear around is that the work is done neatly and the place is left clean afterwards. Several people mention being booked in quickly during the worst of the summer heat, with clear communication from quote through to the finished job. One property manager has had them back to look after townhouse complexes for years running, which tells you plenty about how dependable locals find them.

Stephen and Kyle are the names that keep coming up, and people describe them as knowledgeable, friendly and straight with their advice, happy to consult on how a job should be done rather than just turning up and guessing. More than one person has said the pricing stacks up well against others they'd looked at. The team offers free, no-obligation quotes and lists a 24/7 emergency service, so it's worth giving them a call to sort out timing for your own job.

There's a wheelchair-accessible car park at the business too. If you need an air conditioner installed, fixed or serviced in North Lakes or across North Brisbane, ACT Fast is an easy name to recommend.
