About Award Air

Ask anyone who's had them out and the name Luke comes up time and again, usually alongside how straightforward the team is to deal with.

What people appreciate is the whole run of the job being handled well. The team turns up on time, keeps you in the loop from the quoting stage through to completion, and works tidily, with one local mentioning the place was left cleaner than when they arrived. There is a reputation here for sorting problems properly the first time, and for taking the trouble to explain what needs doing and why, including advising on more power-efficient options. They cover split systems and ducted setups, from a straightforward swap-out of an old unit to larger installs of multiple systems, and they handle servicing too. Emergency call-outs are part of what they do, so it is worth phoning to check timing if something has stopped working on you.
