About Chill-Tech Air Services

Chill-Tech Air Services is a family-owned air conditioning and HVAC business working the stretch between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, based in Ormeau, Queensland. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems and commercial work, along with preventative maintenance and specialised diagnostics. The team holds licences L060219 AU42408 and 15035145, and brings over 20 years of experience as refrigeration mechanics.

Ask anyone who's used them and the same picture comes through: technicians who turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop about what the job involves, and leave the place clean and tidy. People talk warmly about the care taken to walk them through a new control panel or share tips on getting the most out of a ducted system, and about faults being tracked down and sorted properly the first time out. One local living alone mentioned feeling completely comfortable having the team in the house, which says plenty about how they carry themselves on a job.

Hadi and Ziya come up often among their technicians for polite, knowledgeable work, and Burak, who manages the business, is a sound choice too for thorough annual servicing and a genuinely friendly manner. Folks who have had two air conditioners replaced, a new one installed and old ones repaired keep going back for the next job, which tells you something about how they look after people over the long run. Emergency call-outs are part of what they offer, so it is worth ringing to check timing for an urgent repair.

If you need air conditioning work done around Ormeau and want someone careful who communicates well, Chill-Tech is a name locals trust. Check in with them to talk through your system or get in touch.
