About Emirg Services

Emirg Services has built a strong name around Ormeau, Queensland for air conditioning that is done properly the first time. This is a family-owned business established in 2018, handling split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work for homes and businesses alike. Director Brendan Grimes brings over 20 years of industry experience, and the consensus around the area is that it shows in the way jobs are planned and finished.

People who have had them out talk about teams that turn up on time, introduce themselves, explain what they are doing, and leave the place clean with the old units carted away. We hear a lot about clear communication too, from the first quote right through to install, with options and implications laid out plainly and no hard sell. One local described having Brendan in their home as a genuinely pleasant experience, and that kind of comment comes up again and again.

Brendan himself gets singled out for knowing his stuff, recommending the right system for the job, and sorting out tricky installations that could have gone sideways. The same goes for the wider team, with Daniel often named for being thorough and happy to walk households through how systems like AirTouch work. Businesses lean on them for ongoing maintenance as well, valuing a crew that stays proactive rather than reactive.

They carry QBCC and AU licensing, offer free quotes and run a 24/7 emergency call-out service. If you need a split or ducted system installed, serviced or repaired around Ormeau, they are worth a try.
