Climate Air Solutions Mackay

Climate Air Solutions Mackay is an independent, locally owned and operated air conditioning business that has been looking after homes, businesses and construction jobs for 18 years. Alongside air conditioning they handle refrigeration and electrical work, and with cooling they cover the lot: split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems and commercial work. Ask anyone who's had them out and you'll hear the same thing, that the quote they give is the bill you pay, with no surprises on the day.

The impression around Mackay is that this team turns up when they say they will and keeps you in the loop from the first phone call through to the finished job. People talk warmly about the office staff, the quoting and the after sales care, and about technicians who listen and work out the right size unit for the space rather than just fitting whatever is handy. Several people have pointed out there wasn't a speck of mess left behind, which tells you plenty about how they go about a job. One local was happy enough to set up a reminder for next year's clean on the spot.

They're the kind of outfit people call back for the next job and recommend to neighbours. We've heard that work often gets sorted first time, and the team has a name for being personable and professional, with technicians whose names come up fondly after an install. For anyone watching their budget, they've been known to put together different quotes to suit different timeframes, which locals appreciate. Emergency call-outs are part of what they offer too, so they're worth knowing when a unit packs it in during the hottest stretch of summer.
