About Industry Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Around Portsmith, Industry Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is the kind of air conditioning technician people recommend to their neighbours without a second thought. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with commercial air conditioning for businesses across Cairns and the surrounding area. Ask anyone who's used them and the story is much the same: a smooth run from quote to install, with advice you can actually trust along the way.

A lot of the good reputation around town centres on Sam and his team. People talk about getting a quote on the spot, honest guidance on which units suit a home and where they ought to sit, and installers who think ahead. One local with an older five-bedroom home mentioned how much care went into planning placement around future renovation plans, down to explaining vibrations and sizing. Several people have had multiple units installed in a single visit and come away impressed at how quickly and tidily it was done.

Turning up when they say they will comes up again and again, as does keeping people in the loop from first contact through to completion. The clean-up gets a special mention almost every time: rubbish taken away, old units removed, and homes left as tidy as the crew found them, kids' mess and all. The office staff get a nod too for being helpful and easy to deal with, which makes coordinating a job a good deal simpler. Folks appreciate that they'll work around short notice and liaise with other trades when a job calls for it.

The crew fit in Daikin and Mitsubishi Heavy units among others, and handle everything from a straightforward split through to replacing several systems at once. Their premises have a wheelchair-accessible entrance. If you need a new system or a repair sorted in the Cairns area, get in touch and contact them.
